A first order should not be a gamble. We treat the opening batch as a trial: the drawing is checked with you, the first members are photographed and approved before the rest of the batch is welded, and the trial batch is shipped on its own schedule. Once you have seen the steel, the standard, the packing and the paperwork on your own site, the repeat order follows the same route with none of the unknowns.
1. What A Trial Order Covers
The trial batch is a real production run, not a sample box. It is built on our own mill with the same drawings, the same welders and the same inspection as a full project order, so what you approve is what you will receive.

- Drawing revisions before cutting are free, because a corrected drawing is cheaper than a corrected member
- Members that fail the approved drawing are reworked or replaced at our cost
- Packing upgraded for the trial batch so the first delivery arrives undamaged
- One named engineer follows the trial from enquiry to arrival, no handover between departments
4. Custom Fabrication In The Trial Batch
The trial batch is fabricated to your drawing, not adapted from a stock item, so the approval you give is valid for the full order.
- CNC cutting and drilling to the approved cut list, holes and copes set at one operation
- Built up H sections, plate girders and stiffened columns where a rolled section is not enough
- Shot blasting with primer and topcoat, or hot dip galvanizing per specification
- Member mark and erection sequence marked before packing
5. Mill Direct, So The Price Holds
We roll, cut, weld, blast and finish in our own workshops, with 1,200 to 1,300 staff and annual output of USD 500 to 600 million. Because there is no trading layer, the quotation you receive is built from material, processing, surface, packing and freight only, and it stays valid for the trial and for the repeat order that follows.
6. Delivery And Phasing
- Trial batch: 15 to 25 days after drawing approval
- Balance of the order: scheduled against your site programme, phased delivery plan issued with the contract
- Shipping documents, packing list and loading photos sent before departure
- Repeat orders against the approved drawing move on a shorter cycle
7. Paperwork Included With The Trial
- Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1, heat number linked to member mark
- Welding procedure specification and welder qualification records
- Visual weld inspection on all members, ultrasonic or magnetic particle testing on request
- Dimensional report against the approved shop drawing
- Coating thickness record for painted and galvanized members
