Product Overview
This is a complete steel building supplied as a kit: H beam columns, H beam rafters, roof trusses, purlins, bracing, roof and wall panels, doors, windows and all bolts and fittings. Everything is cut, drilled and marked before shipment, so on site your team only unloads, lifts and bolts the parts together. No welding, no cutting on site and no guessing.
It is used for workshops, warehouses, aircraft hangars, showrooms, cold storage and farm sheds. One supplier, one loading plan, and nothing missing when the container arrives.
What the Building Includes
Main frame. H beam columns and rafters, hot rolled or welded, in Q235B, Q345B, Q355B, S355JR or ASTM A36, with one or more bays as you need.
Roof truss and purlins. Trusses, C or Z purlins and sag rods sized for your wind and snow load, with the screws and accessories to finish the roof.
Roof and wall panels. EPS, rock wool, glass wool or PU sandwich panels, or single colour steel sheets, in 50, 75, 100 or 150 mm thickness and the colour you choose.
Bracing and connections. Column and roof bracing, tie bars, anchor bolts, high strength bolts, base plates and connection plates.
Openings. Rolling doors, sliding doors, personnel doors, windows, skylight panels and ventilation, placed exactly where your drawing shows them.

How the Project Runs
1. Design. Send your size, use, location and any drawing you have. Our engineers prepare a layout drawing and member list, and confirm wind and snow load with you.
2. Quotation. You receive a full price breakdown by item within two working days, with a drawing for approval.
3. Production. After the deposit we cut, weld, drill, galvanize or paint, trial fit the key frames, and send photos at each stage if you ask.
4. Loading. Every part is marked and bundled by one loading plan, so the parts you need first are the parts that come out first on site.
5. Erection. We provide an erection drawing and, if needed, an installation supervisor or a small erection team, so the building goes up without mistakes.
