H beam, column and universal section supply, both from stock and built to drawing
FAMOUS Steel Engineering fabricates H beams, H columns and universal sections at its own production base in Hangzhou. Standard sections are held in stock and leave the yard in 7 to 10 days, while non-standard sections are cut, drilled, coped, welded and galvanized exactly to your drawings. You buy from the fabrication floor, not from a trading layer in between.
The HW, HM, HN, UB and UC series are regularly rolled and kept in our yard, covering the sections most often called for in warehouse, workshop and platform frames. Stock material is reserved against your order and leaves the yard in 7 to 10 days.
Send a PDF or DWG drawing set or a member schedule, and the section is produced to that data. Fabrication is planned in the drawing office before any steel is cut, so holes, copes and weld access are correct the first time.
| Process | Capability |
|---|---|
| Cutting | CNC plasma and band saw, length tolerance +/- 1 mm, square cut ends |
| Drilling | CNC drilling line, hole position +/- 0.5 mm, hole groups per drawing |

| Coping and camber | End copes, notches, block outs and camber to roof drainage requirement |
| Surface | Shot blasting Sa 2.5, primer 60 to 80 micron, or hot dip galvanizing 65 to 200 micron |
| Marking | Member mark, piece mark and erection sequence marked on each piece |
| Tolerance | EN 1090-2 class 1 and 2, or AISC 303 where the project requires it |
The company has been fabricating steel since 2000 and now runs 1,200 to 1,300 staff across its workshops, with annual output of USD 500 to 600 million. Drawings are reviewed by our own engineers, the sections are produced on our own lines, and the same team handles inspection and export packing. That is what mill-direct means in practice: one contract, one quality record, one delivery date.
Stock sections serve fast repair and small works, while custom sections serve the main frame. Both are used in the same projects:
Send the list and our engineering team replies within 12 working hours with a mill-direct quotation and a proposed production schedule.
