C-shaped steel reed forming machine is a C-shaped reed roll forming machine for steel structure industry. The finished products produced by the machinery and equipment are C-shaped steel (rods), which are mostly used to support the beams and wall beams of house construction and factory buildings. The components of the equipment are: unloading rack-feeding port (including hydraulic front shear)-forming host-rear scissors-dragging rack. The applicable material is “strip steel”, the highest yield strength can be 550MPa.

Punching and cutting:

1. punching mold: Cr12 HRC 58-62

2. machine with 3 sets punching system

4. punching in longitude wise controlled by PLC, punching at horizontal wise  adjusted by manual hand wheel

6. Hydraulic Cutting before forming: Cut the sheet before roll forming to required length

7. Cutting motion: The main machine not stop and the continue punching and cutting .
