GENERAL INFORMATION                                                                                          

Sandwich panels may be used for building walls and roofs of building and also for building

enclosures of industrial equipment , air conditioning devices , etc . Such panels are manufactured

in a continuous process of joining the insulating core withexternal lining , most often metal plates .

The final product is a sandwich panelconsisted of several layers . Metal lining protects against

weather conditions ,

such as rain or snow and performs decorative function . These panels are alsoresistant

to corrosive factors . They keep their parameters when exposed tomoisture ,steam , snow ,

chemicals or other difficult conditions .The core ,made of polyurethane foam , EPS expanded

polystyrene boards guarantees thermal and acoustic insulation . When joined with the lining ,

it becomes a barrier protecting against fire ,snow load ,wind , temperatureand other factors .

DESCRIPTION OF APPLICATION                                                                                     

The scope of application of sandwich panels is very wide : in storage halls ,production halls , small and large commercial facilities , public utility buildingssuch as gymnasiums and swimming pools , farm buildings such as cowhoused ,poultry houses , mushroom - growing cellars .They are suitable for food storages . cold stores

and freezers . Sandwich panels may also be used in food processing plants .

and internal , roofs and suspended ceilings in halls with additional protection .

CUTTING PANELS                                                                                                            

It is recommended to cut FAMOUS sandwich panels with sawing machines having fine-toothed

blades , or with circular saws , provided that they are fitted with accurate guilding systems .

Remove swarf immediately after cutting - see pic.1

No angle grinders , and any other machines that might cause overheating withingthe cutting

zone - and consequently damage the corrosion protection - see pic.2
