The telecommunications building was built in 2000 and is located in the East Second Ring Road of Changsha City. It was the first building in Changsha to exceed 200 meters with a height of 218 meters.

In high-rise building fires, the fire tends to spread rapidly upwards in a short period of time, which is due to the "chimney effect" formed by high-rise buildings! The phenomenon of enhanced convection of air.

In recent years, there have been quite a number of high-rise and super-high-rise curtain wall buildings whose exterior wall materials, design and construction do not meet the requirements of current regulations. When a fire occurs, there is a risk of spreading throughout the building, and more attention needs to be paid!
