The output of ferroalloys was 16.37 million tons, an increase of 9.5%, an increase of 4.9 percentage points. Steel exports were 34.4 million tons (customs statistics), down 2.6%; imports were 5.82 million tons, down 12.7%. Iron ore imports were 4.9909 million tons, down 5.9%. The export of coke was 3.85 million tons, down 19.7%.
Steel prices fell from last month. In June, the domestic market steel price composite index averaged 108.99 points, down 3.17 points from the previous month and down 7.31 points year on year. The average price of the 8mm high line was 4,211 yuan / ton, down 2% from the previous month and down 3.4% year-on-year. The average price of the 20mm medium plate was 4,000 yuan/ton, down 3% from the previous month and down 10.4% year-on-year.
