5. Polyurethane foam plastics thermal stability is quite good, when the temperature is lower than 120°C,

the volume and the intensity have no obvious change, its Thermal conductivity is small, when the density is 0.03kg/m3, the heat conductivity is only 63J(m.h.k)(15cal/m.h.k).

1. PU sandwich panel

In terms of material proportioning and technical output of yanghu PUR product, six-component mixed pouring technology,allowing on-line automatic operation which is the most advanced in the globe is adopted to take the lead in achieving six-component continuous foaming in China and finish proportioning process on line at a time; On the other hand, the formula can be adjusted in accordance with the environmental change to match with air-entrapping mixing unit to bring more well-distributed materials and finer foams for the purpose of producing high-strength, energy-saving and environment-friendly building boards.

2. Rock wool sandwich panel

Rockwool sandwich panels manufactured by yanghu company are made of a high quality Rockwool. Turning 90 degrees after cutting, assure the fiber direction perpendicular to the sheet to increase the strength. Spraying the high-intensity fire-proof adhesive to the surface of the core and the sheet, ensure that it won’t be cracking after a long time. On the other hand, we use the polyurethane side sealing technology which greatly improves the insulation waterproof performance and general quality

3. Glass wool panel

Our glass wool panels are made of high qulity pure melting silica,which can bare of over 350 degree and have very good performance.Turning 90 degrees after cutting, assure the fiber direction perpendicular to the sheet so as to increase the strength. 4. Cold store door, air curtain machine, lighting:
4.1 Sliding door, manual opening and closing.
4.2 When door is opened, the air curtain machine and lights in cold storage can be running automatically.

DETAILS OF THE PANEL JOINT

Cold room door panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints.
* Cam-lock design fastener to install with the cold room tightly and strongly

* Silica gel are used on the cold room door panel edge of the joint parts of each sandwich panel to ensure perfect sealing to avoid the cooling air leakage from the cool roomor moisture inside the PU insulated panel for the best refrigeration and frozen storage result
